URIELVPN TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, downloading, or using UrielVPN ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

UrielVPN provides a secure, encrypted Virtual Private Network (VPN) connection through a WireGuard protocol. Users can access the Service by watching advertisements to earn usage time, or through any future paid subscription model.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree that you will NOT use the Service to:

• Engage in any illegal activity, including but not limited to hacking, unauthorized access to computer systems, or fraud.
• Download, distribute, or share copyrighted material without permission.
• Send spam, phishing emails, or malicious content.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse others.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts the functioning of the Service or the networks connected to it.

4. The Ad-Based Model

UrielVPN operates on an ad-supported model. To earn VPN time, users must watch advertisements provided by third-party ad networks (including Adsterra). By using the Service, you consent to:

• The display of third-party advertisements.
• The collection of standard advertising data (such as IP address, device type, and location) by these ad networks.
• The potential opening of new browser tabs or redirects as part of the ad serving process.

5. User Responsibility & Confidentiality

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and your WireGuard configuration file. You agree not to share your VPN credentials or config file with others. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must contact us immediately.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service, or are engaging in any activity that we determine, in our sole discretion, is illegal, abusive, or harmful to the Service, its users, or third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and software associated with UrielVPN are the exclusive property of the Service and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or use any of this material without explicit written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY REGARDING THE SECURITY OF THE VPN CONNECTION OR THE INTERNET CONNECTION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, URIELVPN, ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, OR AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM:

• The use or inability to use the Service.
• Any actions taken by the user that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service.

10. Privacy Policy
